It's either a cover for the water tanks and someone got creative, or it hides laundry (there are huge fines in Qatar for laundry lines in public) or maybe it is a roof-top majlis for the teens . . . ?
i saw this in an email. what exactly is the "animal" supposed to be?a reptile or a rodent?
